Tempo Policies

We strive to make our cancellation process and refund policy as straightforward as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Period: Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, to ensure that your cancellation request is processed before the next billing cycle, we require notification at least seven (7) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, please complete and submit the form below. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed. Please do not send cancellation messages to our Facebook page or Instagram.

3. Refunds: No refunds are provided retroactively for any cancellation requests. We do not offer refunds for partial use of memberships or services. All sessions expire after 30 days.

4. Exceptions: In extenuating circumstances, such as relocation or medical reasons, we may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.

5. Automatic Renewal: All members are automatically placed in our recurring payment system. Please note that if you do not cancel your membership at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle, your membership will automatically renew, and cancellation will take effect from the following billing period.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your membership, please submit the form below at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid any further charges and conclude your membership at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that all memberships are automatically enrolled in a recurring payment system. If you request a cancellation and have a scheduled renewal payment within 6 or fewer days, payment will proceed as planned. Your membership will conclude at the end of your next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

 REFUND POLICY

To ensure seamless access to our services, all members are automatically enrolled in our recurring billing system, which renews memberships every 30 days. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partially used memberships or services. All sessions purchased in a membership or service expire after 30 days. Once a membership is renewed or a service is purchased, refunds cannot be issued. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
